Sustainable Green Printing Partnership Hosts First Sustainability Community Event of the New Year
SGP, in Partnership with REI, will host Sustainability Lunch and Learn: An SGP Community Event
The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (SGP), the leading authority in sustainable printing certification, announced today its newest forum: Sustainability Lunch and Learn: An SGP Community Event. The event will take place on January 15, 2020 at REI’s Flagship Store in Seattle, Washington.
Sustainability Lunch and Learn: An SGP Community Event will explore the reasons why sustainable print matters. Led by Brian Hart, Hart Consulting Services, this lunch time discussion provides you with information that can instantaneously be put into practice at a print facility.
The line-up of diverse speakers will discuss the various topics regarding sustainability and the current climate. SGP certified printer and program host, REI, will present on why they chose to not only gain certification for their print house, but why working with SGP printers matters. Other speakers include Marcia Kinter, SGIA, who will explain what it takes to become SGP certified and Todd Ebersole, Forge Graphic Works, providing an inside look of the certification journey.
