Coating Excellence manufactures printed packaging products that utilize a variety of substrates, including paper, board stock, foil, film, woven and non-woven fabrics. End uses for these products include consumer food, pet food, specialty packing systems, ream wrap, release liners, and poly coated woven bags.

Printing processes used as this facility:

• Prepress department
On site” full service, graphics design,  plate manufacturing, and prepress operation
• Flexographic 
Wide web ten color, “In-registration” reverse print capabilities, Continuous real-time print quality monitoring, Onsite ink blending, Exclusive, low VOC, water-based inks (No solvent based inks), In line Electronic Beam cured solventless coatings.
• Offset Printing
Narrow web, four color, cold set ink, roll-to-roll,  in line roll finishing.
